I had central heating, TV, and a fridge in the spotlessly clean room. All the staff was diligent and friendly, resolved my issues. The position of the hotel was particularly good and excellent, in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was short walk to a taxi, stadiums and the piers.

Mind-blowingly clean and contemporary hotel with an excellent location near popular venues and attractions. Super friendly and helpful staff, including Cole and Miriam who went above and beyond to assist us. The hot breakfast each morning was a treat, especially the delicious pancakes and sausage. The beds were incredibly comfy with plenty of pillows, and the large bathroom with a shower was immaculate. We loved the games in the lobby, especially playing scrabble every night. Would definitely stay here again, it was a jaw-droppingly great experience!
